If I live outside Australia, can I order from you?

Yes, you will not be charged GST if you live outside of Australia. We will organise a quote for postage for you or alternatively you can nominate a carrier.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order for needling products from us, normal postage charges will apply.

What is the turn around time?

Turn around time is usually within 24 hours of the order being received.

Can you send me samples of your products?

Samples of our products can be mailed out to you upon request.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our online store on our website, or send us an email to sales@redcoral.com.au. Orders can also be placed over the phone.

How much does postage cost?

All orders are sent via Auspost E-parcel, the cost for up to 3 KG is $10.45 and 3-5kg $13.50 Australia wide.

How can I pay for an order?

You can place orders online via email or through our online store as well as over the phone and direct deposit to our account.

Can I open an account with Red Coral Acupuncture Supplies?

First you need to establish a buying history with us, if you only order a once or twice a year then it is unlikely that an account would be approved. However upon your request you will be sent an account application form to fill out. Once completed, send the application back to us for our accounts department to process. Upon approval your account details will be sent to you with a copy of our trading terms. Please note that we do issue via email monthly statements and all goods remain the property of Red Coral Acupuncture Supplies until payment is received in full.

Do you have a store we can visit?

We are an online store only but orders can be picked up from our warehouse.
